JUDGMENT


The appeal against conviction is dismissed. There is no ambiguity in the plea and the Appellant agrees that he understood the plea and the facts.


The appeal against sentence is dismissed. The Magistrate gave him the minimum sentence possible under the Dangerous Drugs Act.
