JUDGMENT


Court: Since Section 222 of the Criminal Procedure Code has not been fully complied with by the Court below, it is my view that I cannot invoke the same Section to deal with this accused accordingly. I will therefore remit this case back to the Court below to comply with the said Section 222 of Criminal Procedure Code and for Chief Magistrate to decide whether he imposed sentence against this accused or commit him back pursuant to Section 222 of Criminal Procedure Code.


Adjourned before Chief Magistrate to Monday 20/3/95 at 9.00 a.m.
