Appeal is allowed, conviction quashed not guilty plea entered. Order that accused be tried before a different magistrate. Case remitted back to the Magistrates Court for trial. Accused bailed in the sum of $100 with Father as surety to appear before the Magistrates Court, Suva when called upon.
