FAILING TO COMPLY WITH A WRITTEN DEMAND: Contrary to Section 247 (b) Employment Relations Act 2007.

The Defendant Sunil’s Savusavu Kava Supplies on the 4^th day of June, 2019, was found guilty of the offence of failing to pay upon demand to a Labour Officer within 7 days, in contravention of Section 247 (b) of the Employment Relations Act 2007.

Sentence

The Defendant is convicted and fined by the Tribunal the sum of $1,750.00, to be paid within 28 days.
