RULING

The hearing of the Appellant’s appeal against sentence has been completed. The judgment of the Court is pending. Until judgment has been pronounced the Appellant is granted bail pending appeal on the following conditions:

1. The Appellant is to reside at China Railway, Tacirua, Khalsa Road, Suva.
2. The Appellant is to notify the Court of Appeal Registry of any change of address.
   
3. The Appellant is to report to Newtown Police Post every Saturday between 6.00am – 6.00pm.
   
4. The Appellant is to attend the Court of Appeal when required by notice to do so.
   
5. The Appellant is to attend the Court of Appeal on 20 July 2017 at 2.30pm for judgment.
   
6. The Appellant is to provide a surety in the person of Mrs Losalini Tukai (his mother).
