RULING

[1] On 27 January 2014 the Appellant filed an application for an enlargement of time to apply for leave to appeal against sentence.

[2] On 29 April 2016 the Appellant subsequently filed an application for leave to abandon his appeal.

[3] When the application was called before the Court of Appeal there was no appearance by the Appellant. The Court was informed that the Appellant was discharged from prison on 28 June 2016.

[4] As a result the application for an enlargement of time is dismissed.

Order:

Application for enlargement of time dismissed.
