JUDGMENT

(1) The Court delivered the Judgment of this Appeal on the 14th of September 2017, allowing the appeal filed by Mr Viliame Naicori. In doing so, the Court dismissed the appeal filed by the State against the sentence imposed by the learned High Court Judge on the 8th of November 2013 (vide para 63 of the Judgment). However, the Court omitted to state the said order in the Judgment. Hence, in this supplementary Judgment the Court makes the following order

(i) The State’s Appeal against the sentence is dismissed.
