JUDGMENT

[1] The appellant has filed a notice to abandon his appeal. He informed the Court that he made the decision to discontinue his appeal after seeking legal advice. He further informed the Court that he made the decision to discontinue his appeal freely and voluntarily, and with the full understanding that his appeal will be dismissed.

[2] We grant the appellant leave to discontinue his appeal.

[3] The appeal is dismissed.
