  3. The respondent has leave to file an affidavit in reply by not later than 9 am on Monday 26 May 2003.
  4. The appellant’s submissions on the appeal are to be filed not later than noon tomorrow Friday 23 May 2003.
  5. The respondent’s submissions in reply to be filed not later than 9 am on Monday 26 May 2003.
  6. The appeal will be heard at the date and time fixed, ie, 11.30 am on Monday 26 May 2003.
