IN EXECUTIVE COUNCIL
PURSUANT to Sections 17, 125 (2) and 126 of the Transport Act 1966, the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following regulations.

REGULATIONS
l. Title and commencement - (1) These regulations may be cited as the Transport (Fees) Regulations 2008 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Transport (Fees and Forms for Licences) Regulations 1995 ("the principal regulations") being regulations made under the Transport Act 1966 ("the principal Act").
(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1st day of August 2008.
2. Registration fees for Motor Vehicles and Annual Licence fees - Pursuant to Section 125 (2) the principal Act is amended by deleting Parts 1 and 2 of the First Schedule thereto and substituting a new Part 1 and Part 2 as set out in Schedule 1 hereto.
3. Testing and Drivers Licence Fees - The principal regulations are amended by deleting the Fourth Schedule thereto and substituting a new Fourth Schedule as set out in Schedule 2 hereto.
