PURSUANT to sections 1(3) and 36(1) of the Cook Islands National Superannuation Act 2000, His Excellency the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order.

ORDER

1. Title and commencement - (1) This Order may be cited as the Cook Islands National Superannuation Fund Order (3) 2006.

(2) This Order shall come into force on 1 November 2006.

2. Interpretation - In this Order - the Categories refer to:

(a) “ZK 001 members”, means all employees of New Zealand High Commission;

(a} ZK 001members”, all employees of New Zealand High Commission;

(rr) NT 001 members comprising the employees of Mary's Daycare;

(ss) NT 002 members comprising the employees of Waterfront Training Services;
