[l] On 7 May 2015, I made an occupation right order in favour of Rima David and her direct descendants in terms of her application for an occupation right order of an area of 4000m2 in respect to Aremango Pt Sec 7A3, Ngatangiia.
[2] I was advised by the registrar on 3 August 2019 that when the survey was completed the final area as surveyed comprised 4170m2 The Chief surveyor has also recommended that the area of 4170m2 be accepted on the final area for the occupation right order on the basis that the extra l 70m2 came from the balance of the land on the southern side ofR02689.
[3] I accept this recommendation and now confirm the area for the occupation right order to be 4170m2
[4] All other conditions in the draft order forwarded to me under the seal of the comi are also confirmed and this is now finalised.
A copy of minute is to be sent to the parties.
