[1] A minute of 26 November 2016 (NZDST) rehearsed the procedural history of this application and granted an extension of time for the matter to be brought up to date by 21 December 2016. If no action were taken within that time the minute said the application would be deemed to be abandoned.
[2] No action has been taken either by the extended date or since.
[3] The application is accordingly deemed abandoned and the proceeding dismissed.
