[1] I am satisfied on the basis of the affidavit of Ngatamaine Tokorua Brider that is appropriate the said Ngatamaine Tokorua Brider be granted Letters of Administration in the Estate of Joseph Lawrence Brider and, further, that sureties be dispensed with.
