CALL-OVER NOTES OF THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE HUGH WILLIAMS
[1] All I can do is remand you on continuing bail to the next call-over on a date to be set by the Registrar whilst Potter J is here, towards the end of May, but if, time becomes available for a jury trial during her sessions, even if only on a stand-by basis, you can expect to be tried them.
[2] Note that Ms King said there are about five witnesses for the Crown. I would guess that is about a day and a half the trial would take, but you need to sort out whether Mr Short is going to act for you or somebody else and get yourself sorted so that if the trial goes ahead in May you will be prepared.
[3] You may stand down.
Hugh Williams J
