[1] In the circumstances the application is granted, the conviction is set aside and the guilty plea vacated. That will leave this charge without a plea and it can go on till tomorrow to be withdrawn with the substituted charge.

[2] So, remanded on straight bail until tomorrow at 9.30, 29th August 2013, in this Court.
