NGATUAINE PARIMA
Hearing: 8 November 2012
Counsel: Mr N Ngatokorua for the Crown

Sentence: 8 November 2012
DECISION ON BAIL OF GRICE J
[1] Mr Parima, the Crown (or the Police) have said that they agree to you being remanded on bail again because you have come today and have done what you should have. They seek the conditions that:
- (i) you do not apply for a passport;
- (ii) you are entitled to go back to Mangaia;
- (iii) you need to report at the Police station at Mangaia or Rarotonga on Friday mornings;
- (iv) you cannot purchase or consume alcohol or liquor; and
- (v) you are not allowed to enter licensed premises, that is, somewhere that sells liquor to drink, to a bar or somewhere like that.
[2] You are remanded until 9.30 a.m. on the 7th February 2013 and on that date the application for changing your plea needs to have been made to the Court, so that it is all ready to go on that date.
Justice Grice
