Certificate of Court as to result of Election
Pursuant to Section 104 of the Electoral Act 2004, the Court hereby certifies that at the conclusion of the hearing of this Election Petition it determined that the Member whose election was complained of, namely Tekii Lazaro, had committed a corrupt practice at the Election, namely bribery, and that accordingly his election was void.
The Court also determined that the Election for the Pukapuka-Nassau Constituency was void.
