DECISION OF DAVID WILLIAMS CJ

[1] I sentence the defendant to a term of 12 months probation with the first nine months on community service.

[2] The following special conditions are to also apply:

1. To reside with Christina Manuel only;
   
2. To live and work where directed by Probation Services; and
   
3. To attend any training or workshop programme as directed by Probation Services.
