SENTENCING NOTES OF HINGSTON J

[1] Mr Zang, the last offence of this type before this Court resulted in a fine of $1,000 being imposed. The defendant was an executive. Nevertheless a fine in the region of $1,000 was imposed to reflect the seriousness of this sort of offending.

[2] In the circumstances, and taking into account your income, I order you to pay $100, plus $30 Court costs.

[3] You may stand down.
