SENTENCE OF HINGSTON J

This is an offence of stupidity more than anything else considering you are already in jail for drug offences and getting involved in drugs. I sympathize with you and your plea but you should have thought of it, you should have thought of your son at the time and thrown this cannabis away. I'm going to sentence you to a further 3 months imprisonment, to commence after the present sentence and there is an order that the cannabis be destroyed.
