v

PITA HENARE HICKEY

Date: 08 September 2006
Counsel: Sergeant T Howard for Police
Mr. Hickey in person

SENTENCE OF SMITH J

You are standing before the Court today on six separate charges relating to burglary, theft, damage and it does not look to this Court as though there is much that can be done to help you in any way other than try to bring you to your senses through a custodial sentence.

You are sentenced to a term of imprisonment of six months on each of the charges and those sentences are to be served concurrently. The terms of imprisonment will be followed by 12 months’ probation, to live and work as directed by the Probation Office.
