SENTENCE OF WESTON J

  1. Mr Tuaru, you appear today for sentence on a matter of being unlawfully found in breach of the Crimes Act.
  2. In terms of the recommendation by the Probation Service, I sentence you to 12 months probation supervision subject to five conditions and these are the five conditions that are spelt out in the report which you have seen and which I do not need to repeat here.
