1. Jason Arioka, you have pleaded guilty to smoking cannabis and you do have a previous offence. The Probation Service have recommended that you be sentenced to 6 months community service once your current supervision ends and I order that you be sentenced to 6 months community service, to commence on 21 December 2006.
